Refund Policy
Returns & Replacement
- The products can be returned within 7 days from the date your received it.
- Returns hold valid only in the case of manufacturing defects (Manufacturing defects includes – Cuts in the products beyond the design scope, Spots on the print, alignment of slots for camera, mic, etc.)
- Your products must be unused and in the same condition that you have received.
- Your products must be sent with a proof of purchase (Short Video while open the box)
- The customer may request a replacement only if the wrong order was delivered or if the product was damaged in transit or had any manufacturing defects (Manufacturing defects includes – Cuts in the products beyond the design scope, Spots on the print, alignment of slots for camera, mic, etc.). Supporting evidence should however be provided by sending unpacking videos and defective product photos/videos via email to [email protected]. Our support team will analyze the evidence and respond accordingly. The TAT is 48 working hours from the time the email is received.
Refunds
- It takes 2-3 days for inspection of the returned product in the inspection phase to ensure the correctness of your refund claim, once it is approved from our end we will initiate the refund for that product which you will received within 7 days from the refund claim approval date.
Cancellation policy
- Customers can cancel the order without any reasons within 2 hours of placing their orders by reaching out to us on [email protected] with subject ‘Cancel my current order’.
- If your order is prepaid, it will be credited in the source account within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation. For further queries you can always reach out to us on [email protected].
- In case customers cancels the order in the shipping stage then 50% of the product buying price will be deducted and the remaining shall be refunded to the source account within 7-10 business days of order cancellation date (As per the company guidelines, the cost of labor, material, etc. will be recovered from customer’s end in this case).
