When will my order be delivered?
Orders placed from India except UT’s and Special states like J&K, Arunachala Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Sikkim, and Tripura will be delivered within 6-7 days from the date order is received and for NER (Northeast Region) and J & K it will be delivered between 7-10 days from the date order is received. These timelines are subjected to normal conditions, it can further depend upon the dynamic situations on the drop/pickup locations which includes Force Majeure circumstances such as Act of God, Gov. restrictions, court orders, epidemic, pandemic, strike, lock down, and any further instances beyond our control.
Do I need to pay shipping charges? If yes how much?
Your prepaid orders are inclusive of shipping charges upon checkout, and no additional charges will be charged. On the contrary, if your order is post-paid/COD then a flat rate of Rs. 99 will be charged per product.
What happens in case do not receive my order?
Our shipping delivery partner will attempt thrice to deliver the order in time to your given delivery address. In case post that if they fail to deliver it successfully then, it will RTO (Return to origin) to our facility and the amount will be refunded to your source account within 7-10 business days from the date we receive the product back to our facility.
