When will my order be delivered?

Orders from most parts of India are delivered within 6–7 days. For the Northeast Region and Jammu & Kashmir, delivery takes 7–10 days. Timelines may vary due to unavoidable conditions such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or strikes.

When will my order be dispatched?

We dispatch all orders within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Are there shipping charges?

Yes, shipping charges apply to prepaid orders and vary by location. Air shipping is available at an additional cost per kilogram for faster delivery.

What if I don’t receive my order?

Delivery will be attempted 3 times. If unsuccessful, the order is returned to us (RTO), and the amount is refunded within 7–10 business days after we receive it.

Note: There will be no refunds against RTO orders, but you can request us to re-ship the order to a new address with updated contact details. Our team will arrange re-shipment on the following working day.
